A deep ceremonial meditation with the Spirit of Cacao, we rise at our own body’s natural rhythm towards a heart-opening embodiment practice.

We sit in Sacred Ceremony, tuning into the inner heart with the support of our dear friend; Cacao. As we connect to the truth of our own nature; our embodied rhythm, we find our own way into this deep embodiment practice. Calling those who wish to connect in Sacred Circle, to the heart space, through ceremony, meditation and embodiment.

Today many Cacao Ceremonies take place all around the world. The ancients called Cacao “food of the gods”. We like to work with Cacao as our teachers have taught us, shared with us through our teachers by the indigenous of South America. We treat this Circle as a Sacred Ceremony, just as Sacred as one may treat the Earth’s other master teacher plants. We come to meet with the Spirit of Cacao as if we were meeting an old friend. We shift the mentality of meeting with Cacao from a place of addiction (we seem to LOVE our chocolate), dependency, or taking a substance, and choose to lean into Cacao as an ally on our journey of awakening the heart. Her Spirit is heart medicine, and so we open this ceremony with a collective intention to open our hearts.

We begin this journey with the purest grade of Ceremonial Cacao that we prepare ourselves with prayers and blessings. We open a Sacred Circle together and sit with Cacao in meditation connecting in with this beautiful heart medicine. As we begin to feel Her calling us to open and move we begin a movement practice that allows for the full expression of our hearts to pulse the life-blood through our bodies and allow movement to naturally flow from our spirit. Movement does not need to mean dancing, although it can include this. This is a deep tuning in with the spirit of Cacao as teacher, and the inherent wisdom of our hearts and in our bodies.
