AICHA BROGAN
Psychotherapist
I am a psychotherapist who practices primarily from a Gestalt therapy framework. I include somatic, mindfulness, attachment and trauma theories into my practice – and have a deep interest in the practices that support these.
I am interested in developing with you a safe, non-judgemental and inclusive space that allows for a growth-full and dynamic therapeutic relationship. My intention is to work so that your self-awareness is heightened, and you are able to feel enlivened and choiceful in your life. I am passionate about creating a relationship that enables you to create lasting change in your life, so that your life feels more enriched and meaningful.
I have been a Clinical member of PACFA (Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia) for many years. I am also a Clinical member of PACFAs Psychotherapy College and a former member of PACFAs Leadership Team for Gestalt Psychotherapy.
I am a Council Member of GANZ (Gestalt Australia and New Zealand) and hold the Chair for Community and Membership. I am Editor of the GANZ Newsletter and am a Board Member of The Wellspring.
